The 1.0.1 update comes with user experience tweaks, two new filters and enhanced analytics within the automated PDF deal report generation.

New Filters

Affordable Housing Providers (AHPs) can now search by:

  • Number of Units
  • Unit Stage

Enhanced Analytics

The Affordable Housing Network now features:

  • Report Timestamps – View when the deal was listed and the report was generated, to see how your analytics evolve through time
  • Unique Viewers – Find out which AHPs have viewed your deal and timestamps of when

The first major upgrade to be released is currently in testing and introduces two new areas to The Affordable Housing Network.

Stabilised Stock Transfer Portal

Affordable Housing Providers (AHPs) can now list and manage stabilised stock transfers for acquisition by other AHPs.

  • Stock Transfer Tracker – manage all stock transfer listings from draft to completion.

  • Stock Transfer Bid Manager – receive and manage incoming sealed bids on stock transfers.

  • Stock Transfer Messenger – communicate directly with other AHPs on the platform.

Service Provider Portal

Service Providers (SPs) vetted and approved by The Affordable Housing Network can now interact directly with AHPs and Developers (DEVs).

  • Service Provider Quote Zone – a centralised area to view, compare and manage all quotes received from SPs in one place.

  • Service Provider Directory – browse all vetted providers with dropdown filters by category and location.

  • Service Provider Messenger – communicate with AHPs/DEVs that have reached out or requested quotes.

  • Quote Requests – AHPs/DEVs can request and manage quotes directly from SPs.

On this day, The Affordable Housing Network officially launched its public release — and the results have already been very positive.

So far, the platform has:

  • 150+ Developers and AHPs Registered and Actively Using the Platform

  • 29 Active Deals Valued at £350M+, with Over 1,100 Units (as of 16th August 2025)

Looking Ahead

Our roadmap is focused on expanding the platform’s services while continuously enhancing existing features to maximise value for Developers and AHPs already using The Affordable Housing Network.

We launched our first official beta, where we privately invited beta-testers to utilise the platform.

During this period, we gained extremely useful end-user usage data and feedback, which in-turn allowed us to refine the platform and ensure it was fit for purpose.
