With over 14 years of experience in construction and Affordable Housing, Hayden Belcher has worked as a consultant and Director for a Housing Association, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the Developer and Affordable Housing Provider perspectives.

Identifying a significant gap in the fragmented nature of Affordable Housing transactions, Hayden founded The Affordable Housing Network. His platform aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and connectivity within the sector, transforming the sale and acquisition process for Affordable Housing.

Hayden’s hands-on experience managing multi-million-pound projects equips him with the strategic insight needed to drive innovation in the industry. His vision is to simplify transactions, foster collaboration, and unlock better outcomes for all involved.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys golf, boats, and cars. A proud father of three, he’s passionate about creating a better future for the next generation.
